Stowers Machinery Corporation has signed a dealer agreement with Screen Machine Industries to add Screen Machine portable crushers, screening plants, trommels and stacking conveyors to Stowers’ lineup of high-quality machines. Stowers will sell and rent machines from the Ohio-based company in Tennessee, southwestern Virginia, southeastern Kentucky, northern Georgia, northeastern Alabama and western North Carolina.
Screen Machine Industries is one of the largest manufacturers of portable jaw crushers, impact and cone crushers, screening plants, trommels and conveyors in North America and is a global leader in design and innovation within the industry.
Portable crushing and screening plants have several applications, including crushing rock in quarries and mines and recycling materials from a construction or demolition site.
Being able to quickly and easily move each machine around a job site by remote control enhances operator flexibility and allows for a more efficient use of time and resources, thereby improving your bottom line.
Recycling materials reduces landfill tipping fees and provides an additional revenue stream for contractors. Screen Machine plants can move around a single job site by remote control or multiple job sites in a single week with ease.
Innovation and technology take major roles at Screen Machine, which invests in computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing, such as robotics, which allows the company to create the most efficient, productive, and robust designs in the industry. Screen Machine owns six original patents that make its products unique.
Cat® engines power all of Screen Machine’s crushing plants, including the CST cone crusher, JXT jaw crusher, JHT jaw crusher, 4043T impact crusher and 5256T impact crusher.
“These products will allow customers more options for removing products from jobsites, making the process more profitable and efficient,” said Travis Smith, general sales manager for Stowers Machinery.
In many cases, the waste generated from job sites can be recycled, re-purposed and reused to create other useful products and reduce landfill tipping fees.
